water wars & farmers. ive been kinda watchn the water stuff out west on & off for 20 yrs. i dont get into each state laws much. i do know az has planned, stored & prepared for 100 yrs but like to talk about water shortages like pressing issue now. they also have been having discussions & raising issues sbout farms. of course they make it about a big foreign farm but when u get into details it is about much more. we gotta get smarter reading between the lines and remember wherever they point you to look aint where u need to focus. saudi arabia farm...farm is the issue. water is the issue but not when it comes to the huge IT companies needing millions & millions of gallons of water. i go hmmmm a lot. now, i have a local to focus on. always remember...you will own nothing & be happy...& eat bugs, no meat. how?? outta town i get!! lol
Will hunger be the catalyst that finally wakes up the American people? Or will it be too late once we get to that stage? As I always preach... everyone should be growing at least one thing they eat. Saying it's too hard, or there isn't enough space isn't a good excuse. A sunny windowsill can grow lots of lettuce and spinach. There's nothing more liberating than being able to go to the grocery store and say, "I don't need any of that, I've grown my own". Food is the final straw. They pretty much have our so-called "medical system". They are working feverishly on taking our free speech. Food and guns are next. Mark my words.
A rural political party that was populist I think could win. A focus on the family farm, agriculture, America --the books of Wendell Berry surely have plenty of ideas.
Terrific you say? Well maybe but its like driving EVERYDAY OF YOUR LIFE , northbound in the southbound lane of I-5 . try that sometime. Everyone else is going the other way and there are predators with cars with blue lights on then , kind of like great white sharks in the sea . SK
