There’s a page that is very popular where I’ve been going to read and engage, for maybe a few weeks or so... This page is very slick, with good cartoons and photos, and quirky little things like no capital letters— kind of stupid, if you ask me, but I’m a Grammar Dog— and maybe part of the trouble is that it’s got a lot of cats. But my dog nose is telling me these cats are not smelling right— they don’t smell like REAL cats at all. That page is done by professionals, I’d say—they’re not really feline at all.
I’ve noticed that this page is very, very busy. Here’s how it works: There are at least 2 or 3 posts every day. The titles are attention-grabbing, as they should be, in any kind of journalism. The posts are what I consider to be deliberately controversial, or at the very least stimulating in some way, and there are always lots of comments. It’s mostly been just a lot of chatting, some of it yammer, some of it uplifting, some of it people hurting emotionally, looking for solace… You know. With lots of traffic.
I’ve noticed in the last few days there has been an uptick in how many people on that page (nearly all of them male), are talking about violence. Violence as a response to this coup d’etat going on, violence as a response to Fauci, and a LOT of talk about how violence is the “only” way to really have Justice, to end this false pandemic, and so forth. Opinions about the virtues, and necessity, of violence are presented as FACT, and argued as such, vehemently, and when met with resistance, there follows what I call the Jackal Attack, where anyone who objects is canceled, ridiculed, and personally insulted. It’s like seventh graders who skipped high school, college and emotional maturation and went straight to 30-year-old boys with AR-15’s.
Yesterday the subject was Fauci and the possibility that he is soon to retire (maybe he did already, yesterday, or this morning?— he is over 80). The conversation on this cat page yesterday was full of talk about torture, first regarding the torture Fauci has been responsible for, as in, foster kids and beagle puppies, which is documented and written about elsewhere. Clearly, Fauci is a disturbed and pathologically unwell person, no question about that in my mind. The subject of Fauci led into a general discussion of torture for not just Fauci, but ALL the Bad Guys, and maybe anyone else who runs afoul of Public Approval Committees, appointed by… ?
The argument really started when I objected to the idea of torturing him. There was a very strong push coming from four or five individuals, all of whom tried to “cancel” me, saying I was arguing for doing “nothing” about Fauci, regarding punishment or “justice.” And the attack on me all the way across the spectrum to ad hominem attacks on me personally for being “soft,” and some deliberately sexist comments, and some scathing responses to things I never said at all. I got sucked in, I got angry, trying to clarify my position, trying to defend my position with several people at once. My position was, and is, and always shall be: When monsters come and prey on the weak, like children and puppies, and everyone else, they should be stopped, and they should be punished… but not tortured.
If we are going to function from a mob mentality, we give up our HEARTS, our humanity— that we’re supposed to be trying to keep alive through all this mess. Our energy drops from the Heart Chakra to the lowest center of energy, which I think of as the Butthole Chakra. When unknown individuals, such as we all are, on a social media site, and those unknown people start talking about some very cruel forms of retribution, and how laws don’t matter anymore, and justice is never done by the “system,” and then carry on talking about violence, extreme measures, torture… And inciting a kind of enjoyment in thinking about what horrible things can be done to people…
Hey, I am angry, too. Anger comes easily to me, particularly in situations of unfairness, but that doesn’t mean I don’t understand the dangers of that anger, or the usefulness of ethics and morality, nor what it does to a person to dwell in anger, to obsess over retribution, and to fantasize about torturing (or just beating the shit out of) the object of one’s feelings of impotent outrage and disgust… It’s a normal human thing to think about these things, but it’s not HEALTHY to dwell on them, or to consider them a viable, or justifiable, activity. What too much of that does is, it pulls our energy down from the Heart chakra, and into the Butthole one; it dims the light of our spirits. This is a war between DARKNESS and LIGHT. There’s a reason that wisdom is sometimes called “enlightenment.”
When we are enlightened, we can see a long way, so to speak. When we are enveloped in darkness, we can’t see shit, even right in front of us… Maybe we can smell the shit, but how do you fight invisible shit? It ain’t easy, brothers and sisters! (I’m using the vision metaphor because it’s handy. Blind people, actual sightless folks, have their other senses to rely on— we’re talking metaphorically here, just to be clear!)
What I saw happening yesterday slowly came into focus once I’d left the conversation and cooled off and thought about it, and… slept on it. Sleeping on things always seems to help. What I ended up with isn’t some absolute about that page, or about anybody in particular, but this: If the Nasties want to keep doing their nasty things, and are maybe starting to be a bit worried that the numbers of those who are onto them is growing, and if those Nasties have very little creativity, but a whole lot of money, what might they do, that has worked reasonably well in the past?
They might look to where the threat is congregating (Substack!), and they might hire some people (hmmm, CI Fuckin’ A?) to infiltrate— and if anyone is good at doing Infiltrate, Agitate, Sow Division, it’s the CI Fuckin’ A— it’s what they do. I remember when “Covid” started, and how Facebook, where I’d been spending time since 2009 and had hundreds of both real-life and virtual friends, suddenly became Censorship Central, and agitators seems to come out of the woodwork, and though there had been ugliness before that, it got very thick, very quickly. Trust evaporated, people were far less willing to chat until they knew which “side” you were on… Discord sown, money into hands of war profiteers who don’t go, death, horror, destruction... When does it end? It ends when we stop DOING IT, and letting ourselves believe it’s a given.
This is how countries we’ve watched (or maybe ignored) falling apart from within. The CI Fuckin’ A goes in, sets the already uptight populace at each other by encouraging divisions, and then encourages them to kill each other— and our governments arm both sides. What I’m saying is this: If we think this can’t happen on Substack, and in America and Canada and the UK and Oz and NZ, and any or all of the “western” countries, I ask you to think again, my friends. This is real shit going on, right the hell now. It’s not something “out there.” It’s here, right here on Substack, in your living room, office, whatever. Do we think our own country can’t become like Syria? Yemen? Ukraine? I’m a dog, and my nose chakra is very shiny, and I smell some nasty. Shit happens, after all.
Hang on to your integrity. Hang on to your Critical Thinking, that marvelous thing that got you here. And above all, hang on to your HEART, and don’t let anyone convince you to harden it by telling you that justice requires you to be cruel, to be vicious, to turn ourselves into that which we are trying to escape. Yes, obviously, we should stop the criminals doing this, and punish them, take them out of power. But it also matters who does the punishment, what that punishment is, and what that punishment does to the ones doing the punishing, and to us all, as a species.
Nobody can ever convince me that stripping a human being of everything they value… freedom, autonomy, control of one’s life, and what we’re trying to stop from being done to us… isn’t a kind of torture…otherwise it wouldn’t BE punishment. Is it more ethical to put Fauci (or any genocidal maniac) in prison, or to put him to death? What does it do to US when we sink to the level of torturing others? These are perhaps more than one day’s discussion, perhaps. Or speak your mind in the comments below.
I say this: Stay connected to the Source, which is Love, of course. All we need is Love. Life, death, they are transient. Love is Forever. It’s the Reality we sniff for.
I saw the post with bad (c)attitude too. I have noticed that writer before and I steer well clear. I get a bad feeling..... like I am being steered somewhere I do not want to go.
I saw your comments. I saw some others. I agree with you. I believe that Fauci should have been arrested as soon as the information RFK Jnr revealed in his book went public. The fact that he wasn't is highly suspect. I researched the name Fauci. It is Italian, linked to the Black Nobs Fellini & Co. Those people NEVER pay the piper, they operate above the law. Once he retires he will never be seen again. My theory is that he will join Epstein and many others on some desert island where all the useful idiots get to live out the last of their days in luxury.
Justice is only ever used to crush us. Not to touch THEM.
I have been at the anger and revenge stage, not with the Covid bad guys , but with someone else who was making my life hell a few years ago. The trouble is, that depth of anger eats away at the soul and you end up lost. Thats probably where these folks are that you mention. It took me 2 years of soul searching after hitting emotional despair to realise that physical violence against this person was not only wrong, but would have actually just led to me drifting even further from the soul. The really evil bustards out there have been captured by evil, they would love nothing more than for us to torture them as the evil would have captured us too. But to understand this you need to truly understand how evil works and how the only thing that defeats evil is love. Obviously, I am not going to love fouci any time soon. But you can still deny the hate and make these evil beings an irrelevance. When you can do that, you have won. If everyone made these psychos irrelevant today and believed in their own authority and exuded love and compassion to all, then these psychos would have no power, and there would be nothing to hate or torture.
