I apollo-gize for not being more clear! PayPal is ONLY the payment place, and if you don’t like PP, you can send me a check or money order or green paper. So, email me if you want to order: Jaan.Carter@protonmail.com. I can give you an address to send funs if you want to do it that way. (PP isn’t bad, it’s the guy who OWNS it dat I donut like!) But you must contact ME first, not PP. And not those rascally CATS… (an stob dat yowlin’ Ol’ Yowler!)

I will kneed:

• An email from you so that we can figure out what exactly you want, how much time I’ll need, and so on, but it’s not usually a long time. I am restrained by longer distances, so that I have to bake and mail on Mondays. If you are fairly close, it’s quicker. If you have a better way of shipping than USPS, let me know. We can arrange to talk on the phone if you like. But email first, please!

• The name and mailing address of whoever receives the package. Yes, you can order if you have a PO Box, they just leave you a note saying “You’ve got mail!”

• What flavor you want (see below) and to ask/answer any questions. Yes, I can do GF. The scones be smaller dat way, butt still PDG (Pretty Damn Good!).

• More time for multiple or large orders; depending on whether and how many orders I have ahead of you, it may be a few weeks, especially if you live far away from me (near Seattle), and unless you want to pay extra for fast delivery. Y? Cuz I try to avoid having them sitting around somewhere over the Sunday. Postage for packages (an ever udder damn fing) has risen lately, so it’s a bit pricey deze daze. So I usually mail out on MONDAY/TUESDAY.

• Just one dozen, I will pay the shipping. I don’t take chances, I use a big enough box and pad it well. If you want SUPER FAST MAIL, we can do dat, but you’ll have to chip in a bit!

• So! TALK TO ME FIRST, we’ll get it all figgered out, and then you go to PP, or I’m mush happier to take a check/money order, even cash.

• I’m simple and old school— this is JUSS ME, being a bakin’ (bacon?!) dog, in my home kitchen, so don’t expect no factory! murf! bawoof! It’s so fun. ;)

• Once they arrive, you can freeze ‘em; they come wrapped by two’s and packed with whatever I’ve got to pad the box (no, not cat fur or dead leaves).

FANGKS FURRY MUCH! I hope to be able to connect and “infect” you with these delicious morsels of heavenly YUM. They’re not little round things, either, they are large and triangular. ALWAYS organic flour, or organic GF flour, and other various organic ingredients, EXCEPT for the butter— it’s high quality, local butter.

These yumly treats will knock your socks right arf and into the washer!! Aroooo!

FLAVORS:

LEMON / ORANGE / CARDAMOM / NUTMEG / RAISIN / CRANBERRY / WALNUT / PECAN / PLAIN / I might take suggestions, but don’t say chocolate.

ADD $5 for each additional flavoring

I USE REAL INGREDIENTS, like zest and juice and organic spices, org. fruit, etc.

Okay, I might do chocolate CHIP, but I never have before, so… YOU be the guinea pig, LOL! Yes, I would buy organic chocolate chips, but that will cost more than $5. I’d get those teeny little chips. Like mouse chips, doncha know.

So… Allow me to entice you… These are the BEST Artisan, organic (except for the butter, which is good butter!) scones you’ll find! My mouse is watering just typing that! ha ha YES, I’ve been doing this for DECADES now. Oh, la la, woof.
