Caitlin Johnstone, or whoever it is who really writes her stuff, drives me nuts. Every time she rants about the "US Empire" I know she is misleading her readers and I say so. She ignores me.
On this particular article I commented:
"There is no US Empire. The totalitarians are an international predator class who escape your attention while you suck up their narratives and write about the world as if nations still matter.
They don't.
There is a war going on but you don't even know who the real enemy is....."

I think a lot of her stuff is ghost written. Not by her husband either. Husband interesting too though, might be the son of Russian spies.
